Founded in 2023 as a 50/50 joint venture between Aboitiz Power Distributed Renewables, Inc. (APx), and Upgrade Energy Philippines, AUSI specializes in the design, development, financing, construction, and long-term management of solar PV systems through a flexible delivery model: Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
By combining the market strength and technical expertise of the two companies, AUSI removes traditional barriers to adopting resilient energy systems.

AboitizPower Distributed Renewables, Inc. (APx) is engaged in the development and operation of distributed energy resources and facilities. This includes behind-the-meter solar power projects for our medium- to large-scale commercial and industrial partners.
